We will continue pulling students for MEAP make-ups this week, We have to get 100% of students tested. We will conduct the MEAP raffle at 2:10 on Monday afternoon on channel 90, we will post the winners on daily announcements on Tuesday, for students who won't be able see the drawing live.

We will be meeting with all students in points up recognition this week. Please get your advisory to the back lobby ASAP at the start of the day to get the program going. We'd like to complete the program during the advisory time. If you have a student who is off team during advisory, make sure they get to attend during their teams program - there a a few of these kids in the building.

This week on Wednesday all teachers have departmental meetings scheduled. All core staff (math, science, social studies, ELA, SPED) will attend a meeting at Milwood. We will meet initially in room 415, together and then we will break out. All other staff will be meeting with their departments in district meetings at designated locations. Be sure to get your name on the sign-in. If you are not sure where to attend please see me.

I heard great things about Milwood effort over the weekend. Thanks to Brad for organizing our participation in the Campus Classic - I understand that the staff team of Jim, Ryan, Brad, Janel and Anna came in first place and that our student team also won their age division. Another note of thanks to Elisha and Brandi for organizing a volleyball outing to WMU on Friday night. Again I heard we had a great turnout and everyone had a great time watching the Broncos.

Student led conference reports are to be turned into Deb by Friday the 30th. I sent the report in an email attachment. You can still work on conferences this week. When you turn in the report also turn in the parent reflection form, which you should have reviewed. We will collate the feedback and present a report to the leadership team.

Reminder that we are still trying to finish up Aims testing, the EdPerformance testing window opens on November 2, computer lab usage will be difficult during the testing window.

Also remember that staff are invited to bowl a couple of games on Friday afternoon. It is a small thank-you for every one's hard work and perseverance. Oh, and were still looking for basketball players for November 13......let me know if you can give us a few minutes of playing time.
