We will cover items from last week professional development at our staff meeting on Monday. Please be prompt so we can start on time.

Dr. Brown has all administrators in the district working in groups doing walk-throughs. You may see administrators from other schools visiting your class. I don’t always know in advance that they are coming.

Mr. Cedena has a field trip on Monday to Chenery. He sent around a notice of which students should be excused.

Students who would like to try out for the school drama presentation after school may do so this Thursday and Friday. Audition monologues are available in the office.

Girl’s volleyball begins this Thursday and just like basketball the same expectation applies - students who want to attend must be accompanied by a parent or adult.

I must emphasize that the hall sweeps will continue, however, teachers must continue to document the names of students on those lists in their attendance record and follow-up with the appropriate response, depending on which step the student is at.

Andrea, came up with a temporary fix for our planner dilemma. We will print some modified planners that can be used for the remainder of the year. They will be available to the students for $1. We’ll let you know as soon as they are available.
