8th grade farewell ceremony is Tuesday night and there will be a couple of practices scheduled to help the program flow more efficiently. All eighth graders who have the opportunity for promotion will be encouraged to attend. We still have 6th and 7th grade honor roll awards to pass out. I will read the names of those students on Tuesday morning during the morning show and we will ask teams to distribute the recognitions in one of the core classes.

Final exams are scheduled for the last two half days. We'll follow a am schedule on Wednesday and a pm schedule on Thursday. We'll run the half day schedules on Tuesday during the morning show.

Officer Vanderclok will be a guest with us on the morning show Monday to provide some summer safety and community expectation information.

Again all teachers will have to be checked out of their rooms by end of day Friday. The office will be open through the 20th, but we have to box everything up and tear down work stations to ready for construction along with our typical year end chores.

Friday morning we will have the traditional end of year breakfast in the reclaiming room. This is a potluck event so we need everyone's participation to help out.

We will try to screen all students at the entrance for backpacks and bookbags. They will be tagged with the students name and stored in the office until the end of the day for pick up.
