Maggie forwarded everyone a data sheet that we need to continue to use this week to report attendance numbers. You'll do this and should begin taking attendance in Pinnacle. I just need you to do one more thing and that is to e-mail Maria McCarty your attendance number for advisory by 9:00. This is all information we must report to central office daily. If you have any questions regarding the use of Pinnacle please ask.

Community education uses our building as a site for adult classes in the evenings. They may use your classroom from time to time. They are generally very respectful and we have few problems, however if there is a concern over the use of your classroom forward the concern to me and we will get it resolved.

I will place some yellow tickets in all teacher mail boxes to be used for the Ipod drawing on Friday. Pass one out to any student who returned his or her registration materials by last Friday. Have them write their first and last name on the ticket and then collect them. Put them in an envelop and place them in my mailbox. This will be a separate drawing from regular Friday reinforcement.

Teachers please send any extra planners, binders, tabs and the registrations forms of students who have not attended to the office, Monday morning.

We are looking for 4-5 teachers who would like to be trained in our web-site development. This would allow us to have more people adding and updating information on the school web-site. the training will be after school in a couple of weeks for about an hour. Send me an email if you are interested.

We have sponsored a golf team in the annual Parkwood golf outing which is a fundraiser for their 5th grade week of camp. It is next Sunday, September 20 in the afternoon. If any staff are interested please let me know and we'll get you singed up on team Milwood. It's a free round of golf. Let me know ASAP if you're interested.

We will be using both channel 100 and channel 90 in the mornings. Channel 90 comes out of the video lab and channel 100 comes out of my office. Monday we will introduce student advisory council to the students on channel 90. Tuesday -Thursday we'll be on channel 100 with announcements and then back to Channel 90 on Friday with a live drawing.
