We'll meet in the reclaiming center for professional development Monday at 2:30, We'll start our meeting with a little celebration and will move on to an informational agenda and then on to school improvement committee work.

Diane has been organizing MEAP materials over the past week. She will meet with teams on Wednesday or Thursday Morning during your EOD to distribute materials and provide directions. We will announce room locations for these meetings during the morning show. Accountability for materials has gone way up so, be sure to be clear about your responsibilities.

E-mail was down over the weekend so, I didn't get this out until Monday morning. A reminder that I post this information to my blog in advance and you can get it there also.

Substitutes appear very difficult to come by, Ruth has done everything humanly possible last week and we still have not been able to secure subs. This appears to be a district problem talking with other principals.

Parent Conferences are scheduled for October 17 and 18, the marking period ends on the 12th. Teachers have a 1/2 day on Friday the 12th, to mark records.

6th grade advisory teachers, please have your advisory representative attend the meeting in the office on Thursday morning. We are explaining to students that any student serving as a representative must be on tier 1.

I'll be meeting with all probationary staff on Thursday at 2:30. If you are unable to make this meeting please reschedule a time with me so that we can review process and responsibilities.
