I'll be meeting with Dr. Cooley Monday and will be discussing the registration for the graduate class. If you have any questions or still want to enroll please see me on Monday.

We will revisit our school improvement plan on Monday at staff meeting. So please bring any ideas or suggestions with you. The excel template is on the L drive under SIT if you want to access it.

Wednesday we will have our administrative review and walk-through with other district staff. Our goal is to visit every classroom that day and capture a snapshot of the school. I'll provide visiting staff with the Milwood walk-through form and a copy of this weeks lesson plans. We hope to have the feedback organized and returned to staff as quickly as possible. Individual staff would get the feedback from their visit and we will collect a building profile.

8th grade advisory teachers would you let students know that we have a farewell picture form in the office if they want one. It is an opportunity for 8th graders to have a final school picture taken, at a small cost. This was one of the parent ideas from our last advisory meeting.

Mr. Kendall will meet with interested staff in a voluntary meeting on Tuesday, May 20, at 2:30 in the reclaiming room. The purpose of this meeting will be to share the plan for a middle school alternative education program and the staffing configuration that might accompany it. All middle school staff our being provided the opportunity to hear this information.

We will continue to do a fire drills during the coming weeks, they will not be announced in advance however, as it showed last week we weren't as prepared when it wasn't expected.
