Mr. Kendall will be here on Tuesday afternoon to provide information regarding planning for the middle school alternative program which will be in place for the coming fall. You may have seen the posting that recently came out regarding this program. This is an opportunity for all staff to hear about the program and ask questions regarding the operation of it.

We had our magnet evaluation postponed as a result of the death of the lead evaluator. So there will not be a site visit this week. We are however to begin implementing our magnet units and Dr. Rice indicated that he would try to stop by for a walk-through this week.

Matt and Damon will have visitors in the building on Wednesday as they host the Greenwood PEEP kids. This effort is part of their literacy program with their advisory students. They will provide you with the names of any students who are affected by this program.

Molly will provide you with the names of students who will attend their end of year field trip on Friday. They will leave at 11:30 and will not be back until 4:30.

Meagan has an extra choir practice scheduled for Monday and will need a few students released for the additional practice. She sent out a list of the students who were affected.

Talent show will take place on Friday. Please make arrangements with your team for an alternate location for tier 2 and 3 students or students who don't have ids.

A reminder that all classroom located in the west wings of the school will have to be boxed up in preparation for summer construction. Please see me if you have any questions.

The PBS team will be out of the building on Friday planning for next year. Vickie Winfield will be here for Maggie, please be mindful that we have a number of subs already scheduled for this day and much of the student center staff will be gone.
