MEAP week is upon us please be sure to read through all of your directions and familiar yourself with the administration manual. Tamela and Atiba will be in the library after school on Monday to answer questions or clarify any MEAP questions.

Pick up your MEAP materials on Tuesday morning in room 405 before the start of school.

We will have morning announcements on the days of MEAP testing as a way of clarifying the daily schedule with students and staff.

I sent an e-mail out on Friday clarifying our schedules this week. There was some confusion because we have a 1/2 day on Wednesday and we are scheduled to run a pm schedule.

If you had a student who did not send out a notification letter last week in advisory because they were absent please forward the name and scheduled conference time to Mary. We have some parents who may not have gotten notification.

We will distribute a new student planner this week. They will be delivered to social studies teachers on Tuesday and we'll ask social studies teachers to distribute them to students on their team this week. They hopefully will be 3-hole punched so they fit in binder/notebooks. Since we print these each marking period we can receive your suggestions for additions and improvements.
