We complete the 4th marking period this Friday. As usual you'll have to have your grades posted by 3:30 on Friday.

We will meet for a brief staff meeting on Monday followed by department meetings.

We will use of the 1/2 day on Friday as a preparation for the student-led conference which will take place next week. All the invitations should have been left in the office. If you still have some please get them to Mary. Refer to Mary's email if you have any questions - it appears to be working better this time around.

We have approximately 31% of our students turning in letters of intent, we have to keep working on this. Please keep some blank letters available in your room and focus on your 1st hour class. Try to keep a running log of who has to still bring one in. Any letters that are brought in should be put in the office envelope on Deb's desk. We will hold another raffle this Friday to help with motivation.

Literacy night this Thursday, we will continue to encourage family participation all week. There is a dinner served that night, lots of activities please keep informing and inviting students to attend this evening.
