I provided every teacher with a copy of their grade distribution for the 5th marking period. Please review the individual data - we will share building wide data and refer to it in our conversation at staff meeting Monday.

Please be reminded that the staff lounge is designated as a staff only area. It should not be used for student tutoring or student programing unless a special arrangement was made with me for a one time event, i.e., MEAP testing.

I have the name of a private tutor who is taking students for summer work. If you are in a conversation with a parent and they express an interest, let me know. This would be a paid tutor.

A congratulations to Rana and Lamont for their work with the students and the talent show. The Friday evening show was a huge success and greatly enjoyed by the parents.


This Wednesday is a Hungry Howies School Night for Milwood Magnet. The parent group will receive 10% of the receipts.

Orientations that were scheduled for this week are being rescheduled as we wait central office decision on enrollment placements and the new school boundaries.
