We will meet for staff meeting Monday afternoon in the library. We will share information on Advisory and you will have an opportunity for a brief department conversation.
I am sorry for the hassles everyone is having to go through with the copy machine. We are trying to get a new one purchased, but it is not such a simple thing from the perspective of downtown.
Our enrollment was about 575 as of Friday. Please be very careful when marking attendance, especially in advisory because some kids may come in late after attendance has been initially taken. Our enrollment for advisory is 553 which puts us out of whack with our other periods.
Please begin recording tardiness in your attendance record. I will be speaking to the students about tardiness Monday morning.
We have ordered more blue raffle tickets for the year they are not in yet, we'll have our first drawing this Friday.
Diane circulated an EdPerformance test schedule for the building. Please pay attention to this schedule and the accompanying procedures on the back side.
Maggie is still looking for suggestions from teams about privileges for maintaining tier 1 behavior. We would like to roll this out to students in the near future.
Do what ever process you feel works best to determine 1 representative for your advisory classroom. I'll begin meeting with kids this week. 8th graders on Thursday morning.
